Keeping calories high enough. White rice, lean red meats, eggs, lots of salt, orange juice, potatoes, coffee, magnesium footbaths, cranberry juice (for iodine), microdosing beef liver daily (15g) is also a huge contributor to good temperature!

I just did a magnesium chloride foot bath! wow, I was kinda cold the whole day and now I am so warm, I am lightly sweating actually, but it feels great. I can see my veins everywhere and it just feels like I have good blood flow now afterwards.

Just 5L of warm water, 100g of mg-chlorid, 15g baking soda
