Cortisol Rhythm:
6-8 AM: 14 nM (Normal)
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: 4 nM (Depressed)
4-5 PM: 3 nM (Normal)
10:00 PM - Midnight: 2 nM (Normal)
Total Cortisol Output: 23 nM (Adults 22-46 nM)
DHEA: 2 ng/ml (Depressed)
Progesterone: 66 pg/ml
As far as I can tell, it seems like only my DHEA is a bit low. In the Cortisol-DHEA Correlation I'm in Zone 4 which is "Depressed DHEA". It says on the lab report, "Reduced DHEA production results from prolonged exposure to stressors. In these cases, the steroid precursor pregnenolone may be limited due to ongoing demand for adrenal hormone production."
What do you think I could/should do based on these results?
