can this be reduced ?

here's my list so far

block pgd2 :

aspirin,
niacinamide,
caffeine, all as a topical or internal

coconut oil / Vitamin E
astaxanthin - questionable
butter

Quercetin - questionable
luteolin - questionable

won't block pgd2 (mistakenly believed to do so) :

fish oil
walnut oil
chia oil

avoid all oils except coconut oil/butter/cream

anything below 10% basically

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linoleic_acid

that's what will lower pgd2

aspirin also lowers it 86%

unsaturated oils cause pgd2 to go up, and inflammatroy proteins,
choose oxtail/gelatin/bone marrow, instead of steak

I don't know but this is not the solution for baldness

You still using prog for hair?

I'm using estrogen cream (biestro care) it's 1mg estriol and 0.25mg estradiol per pump. using 2 pumps a day, morning and night.

Feels like I'm LOSING GROUND ON THIS??!?!?? been on 2weeks...

Ginger suppresses prostaglandin synthesis.

I've been ingesting a lot of ginger (powdered and fresh) over the last two months and I think it's been quite effective for lowering pgd2/inflammation in general. I've noticed a substantial decrease in hair loss/shedding after combing my hair in the morning.

"This model also explains why agents such as aspirin, which inhibit upstream prostaglandin synthesis enzymes (PTGS1 and PTGS2), have minimal effects on hair growth because of likely equally decreased production of PGE2 and PGD2."
