How To Use Taurine For Hair Loss?

I heard that Taurine can spike prolactin. How can I take it so it doesn't spike and actually lowers prolactin?

I have been taking Taurine once in the morning 3 or some days 5 mgs. with a spoon full of honey, banana or dates to support metabolism.

what is the proper dosage to help hair loss? and do I have to cycle taurine? if so what is the proper way to cycle it?

Sounds weird but I noticed taking it in capsules rather than dissolved in water is far more effective.

On empty stomach always. First thing in the morning.
