How to reduce 5-HT1A activity

Hi guys,

I'm trying to reduce 5-HT1A pre-synaptic activity. Any ideas?

Potential things I considered: SSRI
Buspirone
Atypical antipsychotics
Pindolol

I have a condition in which my pre-synaptic is upregulated. SSRI alone definitely not enough to downregulate it.
