How to mix StressNon with liquid to consume orally

What do you mix IdeaLabs' StressNon with to consume orally? I noticed the product lumps a bit when I mix it with orange juice. Is it better to mix with just water?

It has ethanol as a carrier, and it burns when I do that.

I use it sublingually when I opt for oral administration, sure it stings a bit, but I guess the years of enjoying vodka-esque liquor did it part. :)

I also do it sublingually. I feel the effect instantly.
