Lower protein intake. Carbohydrates spare protein requirements.

Consume ceylon cinnamon after meat meals.

Consume bromelain (kiwi fruit/pineapple) after meat meals.

Avoid aspirin around meat meals.

Avoid coffee around meat meals.

I workout a lot, so reducing protein wouldn't be that good for me I think.

I also don't tolerate kiwis and not sure about pineapple. Have to try that
