What do you think the best way to get sugar/ fruit in the winter time is living in New York? Is it even possible to eat seasonally and locally..

Might sound silly but Idk.. so is no fruit ideal in the winter here? I’m not aware of anything being able to grow right now lol. So technically nothing is in season?

Would my best bet be to eat as locally as possible ,, basically just meaning anything within the US. I love fruit but even the best option doesn’t seem too ideal .

I rarely eat fresh fruit, except for organic oranges, seasonal mangos and fresh organic apples for juicing. Otherwise I drink Lakewood pressed pineapple juice and the rest I buy frozen. In many cases frozen has more vitamin content than fresh. Fresh fruit's nutrition value can be degrading by 50%, sitting in warehouses and stores waiting to be bought.

Yes. Sometimes I will have a small cold glass of it and then I just want to guzzle more, as it is so refreshing, almost like fresh!. I keep a lot of it stocked for good emergency food because of it's great amount nutrients, some of which aren't even listed on the bottle.
