How to improve healing and recovery from surgery & nerve grafting

There are certainly plenty of warnings against it. As per usual, people make their own choice. I stopped 48 hours before my surgery, and had no problems. And I restarted about 48 hours after. n=1.
I’m sure they’ll keep me full of anti-inflammatories during my stay. I think the graft needs to be stable before I’d consider a lot of aspirin. Once so do, I’ll take some vitamin K for balance.

Ketorolac is probably the best choice, try to get them to avoid opiates at all cost
