How to improve healing and recovery from surgery & nerve grafting

There are certainly plenty of warnings against it. As per usual, people make their own choice. I stopped 48 hours before my surgery, and had no problems. And I restarted about 48 hours after. n=1.

I’m sure they’ll keep me full of anti-inflammatories during my stay. I think the graft needs to be stable before I’d consider a lot of aspirin. Once so do, I’ll take some vitamin K for balance.

I have a ct scan in about an hour, and the surgery is tomorrow at 11am. I’m not supposed to eat anything after midnight tonight.

Ok no talking about food anymore! We are throwing our prayers and positivity your way!

Ketorolac is probably the best choice, try to get them to avoid opiates at all cost
