Anything good outside the standard Peat advice of aspirin, gelatin, etc, etc and exercises?

I get mild joint pain if i eat a lot of starch, especially wheat . Today i am getting mild knee pain
and i have been eating tons of pizza for last 1 week. I will stop eating wheat and lower starch intake
for next few days and it usually goes away. Egg white and soy also give me knee pain.

I think avoiding offending foods can be helpful. I also get mild joint pain if i skip my thyroid soup
, chicken neck soup, for few days.

Before peating, i used Ayurvedic supplements like turmeric, trikatu and triphala for joint pain.
Trikatu and triphala both improves digestion and elimination.

Low dose tetracycline also lowers endotoxin load and acts as anti-inflammatory.

I've had a slow healing joint injury recover after a while of 'overeating' and sedentry. :)
