I got a deep tissue massage last December and then shortly after developed a lipoma near my shoulder blades. It doesn't hurt and has remained the same size/consistency, but it annoys me that it exists at all.

Has anyone successfully reduced/removed a lipoma without surgery?

Or if anyone has a peaty explanation on how lipomas arise and why, that would be helpful too

Im pretty normal body weight. 6"3, 200 lbs

I have one on my neck right above my collar bone. It has been decreasing in size since I started Pyrucet. Although I've been taking many other supplements, I believe it to be due to the Pyrucet.

Oral or applied locally?
