How to find out if i have endotoxin issues?

Hello,

is there any way to find out if you have endotoxin related issues? Is there a sure way to proactively generate high-endotoxin symptoms?
Are there any blood markers?

I noticed some symptoms and i want to further check if they are related to endotoxin when eating something i don't tolerate:
- Temperature drops (~0.5°C) and freezing
- Watery, red eyes
- Flushed skin
- Headaches
- Stuffed nose
- Constipation
- Fatigue (physical and mental)

They too seem related to histamine, so it's a bit confusing.
