Dr. Harry Rubin's pioneering research on the rous sarcoma in chickens established cellular-immunity through a different and benign virus. This type of immunity is at the cellular level and lasts a lifetime, and is the reason why the small pox vaccine works well. That vaccine gives people a benign virus, cowpox, and having cowpox confers immunity to smallpox.
Dr. Rubin said that there is always a virus out there that can be found, that is benign, and that confers cellular immunity to a harmful virus.
If SARS-COV-2 is really a harmful virus then one can be found that confers immunity and makes someone not sick at all, and that causes lysogeny so that all the suspect cells have the provirus in their DNA and no longer will ever be susceptible to the more dangerous variants.
Of course, this is probably not the approach they will take. They will try something that needs to be repeated every year, and will turn it into a $20 billion a year legally-immune-from-lawsuits business promoting a "vaccine" that doesn't work for most people. Just like the flu "vaccine" scam.
