How to escape the low T, high cortisol cycle from poverty and lonelyness?

I'm a pretty ugly and frumpy dude. Unfortunately ever since i turned 13, I've been a chubby frumpy ugly dude. I believe this was caused by high stress for years on end and being poor relative to my peers. My looks ''type'' is basically that guy from the incel documentary on vice except if he was 100 lbs heavier. Women in my age group only find a certain type of guy sexually attractive, and I've been lonely for years because of this. Loneliness is the equivalent of smoking 10 packs of cigarettes a day, and eating 10 big mac a day. How can one stave off loneliness and rejection from your peer group at the prime time in your life and not lose your hair, have a big bloated stomach, and a fat estrogenic face? Its a negative feedback loop that keeps reinforcing itself. Can you really even feel androgenic and lean and healthy if your phenotype or metabolic ''type'' is not in demand?

Not really, what are hobbies? golfing, surfing, sports? again im poor and don't feel confident in myself due to my looks. I don't really know what hobbies I would have.

Here you already know what your "problems" are : not being satisfied with your physic, suffering from loneliness. How's your diet ? do you exercise ? Is there a sport in particular that you enjoy ? Being part of a sport team could be a first solution since you would train and socialise with teammates
I personnaly train brazilian jiu jitsu and it's an amaizing sport that works on your strenght, cardio, mind, and met a bunch of cool people with whom a went out a few times and they becames good friends.

You've identified what's causing you to feel this way, now you have to make the first step toward solutions in order to feel better in you life

Thanks, never been into sports really, but i recognize that they are definitely good for optimal health. I just wouldn't feel like MMA is for me right now, tennis is a fun sport to me, I used to play it a few years ago, but don't have anyone to play with. Where I live in the middle of nowhere, and any area with things to do is 3500-5000 month for rent. I mainly do walking, lifting dumbbells' for now and pushups.

If you don't mind me asking, where do you live? What's your diet like?

Sometimes, I do find myself in a similar situation that's it's hard to find the friends. Where I live is very touristy. If I find any friends, next thing you know they are gone.

Perhaps, you can start a meetup group and see where that takes you.

So you've already started to do some workout with dumbbells and body weight which is great, being in good shape will also bring you more confidence, beside of being more healthy overall

you could also meet buddies at the gym if there's one nearby, I use to go to parcs and train there and most of the time you meet people as well

Now I'm wondering, what causes the phenotype difference in these guys? why is one guy not genetically attractive to almost all women, yet these guys are? comparisons. Is the ginger guy autistic?

Autism is correlated to facial structure in certain studies. You can find about 5 different studies online proving it.
Yeah that guy is far from autistic, the courage to go up in front of a live studio audience and say you haven’t had a girlfriend then go act it out on stage in front of everybody and knowing this would go out to the world. He was probably a aspiring actor and a plant for Steve Harvey to give advice.

Bro are you autistic? For one how broke are you?

First off there is tons of advice on here on how to improve your health. You just have to chip away at day by day and do not except results over night or next month ,but as time goes on you will improve physically and if you are watching incel docs you might have some mental issues and improving your health will help with that and again there is a lot of great advice here on helping with mental issues. If you have a defeatist attitude and think everything is just genetic and you got dealt a bad hand so no point in trying you are on the wrong forum. But if you learn from this forum and apply it to yourself you will see major improvement over time and just stay as consistent as you can.

It begins with your mind. You are not a victim here. You say you are but that doesn’t make it true.
I know many men who sound like yourself, the difference is, they are confident in who they are and own it.
They chose something they love to do, a hobby ( think welding, archery, motorcycles, tattoos, art, music, painting, carpentry ) and got really into it.
When you dive deep into your passions, your world will literally change.
It will start moving. Right now you’re stagnant and stuck in quicksand.
It’s time to dig deep here young buck.
Put the work in now so you can enjoy it later.

good advice guys, I'm not a victim, I think once I clear out endotoxin and flouride and improve liver function I will stop being so defeatist. Going to get back into cars or fishing and other hobbies.

Looks (using diet):
- Eat a diet high in vitamin K (Natto, cheese, liver, seafood)
- Cut out all PUFAs (they are inflammatory, suppress testosterone, ruin your skin, and blow up acne)

if you feel suicidal and pathetic just go all in and do whatever it takes, get a sales job, pump roids, **** a ugly b**** or get an escort, you need to go YOLO mode, soon your confidence will go up and you will start producing dopamine and lower prolactin.
