How To Ensure Progesterone Turns Into Allopregnanolone?

As i understand it, if the '5-ar' enzyme isnt functioning properly, progesterone wont go towards the 5adhp/Allopregnanolone pathway.

how can we ensure that it does?

but sulphorophane is a thyroid suppressant? and it's not peaty, though it has amazing detoxification properties and there are lots of positive reviews about it.
