how much sleep do you get? from your experience is sleep important for getting lean like you are?

8.5 miles a day is awesome man. I used to walk everyday and would do about 3-4 miles a day

Bromantane, Cyproheptadine microdosing with Phenylalanine,
Great combo.
Do you prefer bromantane to other derivatives like adamantane etc?

What is your dosage, timing and frequency of the bromantane and cypro microdose with phenylalanine?

He told me earlier today he likes 20mg bromantane 5 days on. Cycling it
