Hey y’all. I noticed when I consume L leucine my back acne flares. I read it increases mtor and this is apart of it. Or is there an other amino I need to balance it with to avoid this side effect?

Just in case someone else is suffering. Unlike most people on all forums. I actually found a super effective solution. Buy a zinc based soap. Problem solved. Works super fast.
