I went away from sugar because I had high sugar as a teen.
Thenn I went out of gluten, and how good for my guts!
Then it was still not enough....
I went off starches.
I kept fruits and bananas.
But of course that was not enough sugar for metabolism....
I must say that high fat, but still sweetened with bananas, gave me a good result for energy.
But I want to better metabolism and burn sugar as well a s fat.
AND DO NOT GO BACK TO GUT ISSUES.
My ideas are 1st to not eat starch with proteins, and eat every 3 hours, and eat starches like over cooked potatoes and White rice, 1hour, with butter or coconut oil, for their protection, and for not having a sugar high peak. And eat fruits separately from starch, idealy with proteins like eggs and any meet, fish etc.
I also think that goat fresh cheese is ok with fruits.
I do not eat much raw vegetable at the moment, apart in juices, and some parsley. Carrot of course!
I eat cooked veggies with starch or meat and bone broth. Mainly zuchini, pumkin family. I remove the skin from tomatos and pepers.
Any other idea?
Anyone sharing the same journey? Thanks
