I think that wanting woman, even at the cost of using mental manipulation tactics is the wrong avenue. Be really nice to them, dont be afraid of the friend zone, its okay to be friends with women lol. The desperate incel mentality of trying to act like james bond and finding ways to diminish their self worth so that theyre willing to settle is just sad. If you want women, work on yourself, have a nice comforting personality. Maybe watch lots of comedians and absorb some of their persona. Have style, like actually get into clothing and enjoy it. Be creative, enjoy life, and girls will come to you. Hyper focusing on women and not allowing them to be a piece of your puzzle is an obsessive personality. Theres no "secret" to getting babes. Be up front, if you think a girls pretty, compliment her, just dont do it in a way that makes her feel violated. And the best thing you can do, is be attracted to yourself. Find ways to feel that youre worth having, not in a narcissistic way, but be a genuine, happy, well rounded guy who loves life, and banging babes will come with it. Care about their feelings as well, enjoy theyre company, and dont just see them as possible pleasure, but actually listen to their wants and needs and enjoy their presence. Ive seen so many people who go to the gym and get ripped and expect a ton of *****, but they just end up way more frustrated and egotistical than when they started, and the only girls they end up with are ones with issues, and it just isnt cool in my opinion. But if i had to give one tip, its humor. No matter what shape a man is in, if he can make a girl laugh its a HUGE boost.

I am a male 26 years old! I want advice/suggestions on what all things I can do to be more physically attractive to the opposite sex.

Should I use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids?
Can my testicles and Hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis be fully healthy as before using any steroids post cessation of Anabolic androgenic steroid use?

- Reduce Estrogen, Prolactin and Serotonin.

-Raise Thyroid Hormones.

-Raise your Testosterone Levels (Total Testosterone and Free Testosterone) as far as you (naturally) can.

-Have your Nutrition/Diet in Check.

- Keeping around 8-12% Bodyfat.

-Having a Good Jawline. This goes Hand in Hand with getting to the Bodyfat Percentage mentioned Above. If a Good Jawline isn't there, then maybe growing a Beard could help out with that. Also Training the Jawline with things like Jawzrsize could also help.

- The Most Important Muscle Groups (for being more physically attractive) are the Chest, Side Delts, Back, Abs and Glutes. So building more Muscle via increasing Volume (Around 10-15 Sets per Muscle Group per Week) in that Muscle Groups are a good Idea. If i would Choose Priority-Wise, i would do Glutes and Back first. Since i have personally brought them up with much more Volume, i even get Compliments from Women (Regardless of Age).

- Working on the Body Posture. Don't Hunch Forward or something like that. Training the Back, Glutes and Rear Delts could help with that.

-Nice Hairstyle (that suits the Face Shape and Hair Type) would be good. Side Parts, Hawk Undercut, Slick Back (-Undercut) and Buzz/Crew Cut and Fringe are good Hairstyle Options. Also learning how to use a Blow Dryer and Round Brush Efficently, can be helpful. Also i post a Video on Hairstyles (**) that suit the Hair Type of the Person.

-Having a good Face Hygiene. Doesn't have to be a Time Eater. I Personally use a Face Cream every Morning. And i do that while i'm showering, so it takes me at least 40 Seconds or maybe a Minute and it's Done.

-Having a good Personal Clothing Style. Also having the Basics can't hurt:

-Boots (Chelsea and or Chukka)
-T-Shirts
-Dress Shirts
-Sports Jacket
-Leather Jacket
-Winter Coat
-Jeans / Chino's
and so forth.
(They should all fit Well. Slim Fit, Stretch or Muscle Fit would be Good Options to look out for)


-Learning that not all Women will be into you. I learned this the Hard Way and got rejected like 10-12 Times (many of them up in a row). It doesn't have to be Personal. Sometimes they search for a Certain Type of Men, that they don't see in you. I even had one Women that searched for someone that looks like her Father (because she has a strong bounding with him)

-Learning how to read Women's Body Language. This is SO underrated. Especially if you are in the Clubbing / Partying Scene, it can help and let you know, if she is into you or if you just wasting your Time.
Good Sign's to look for are:

-She is Rubbing her Glass with her Thumb and Forefinger in a Up and Down Motion (especially while Talking to you).
-Her Pupils are getting Bigger (in Bright Light) when she is seeing you and Talking with you.
-She is just still there. She doesn't leave you while your Talking for a Longer Time.
-She is Biting her Lower Lips (especially if she looks at you while doing it).
-She Plays with her Hair while looking and/or talking with you.
-She puts her Hair on one side of her Face, Exposing her Neck.
-She invites you Home or she comes Home with you.
-She gives you her REAL Phone Number.
-She runs her Fingers up and Down.
-Dancing turns into Grinding.

Yeah this is Partly True. I have noticed it myself in Munich in 2019. I had dated a Women in my Age. We we're Physically Attractive to each other and she invited me to her Home. But she telled me, that she had a lay count of nearly 100 (for real, i'm not kidding). It had repulsed my quite a bit. Thankfully i was not 101..... lol

But i Certainly agree. Maximizing Dominance is also a good Way to being more Attractive. But i think it will Indirectly come from Higher Testosterone anyways....

I honestly wish it were all about looks. That would be easier. Cause then I'd do pretty good.
But I've seen time and time again guys with objectively worst looks than me having better results with women because they were at ease, comfortable with themselves,, they were direct and went after what they wanted.
Shyness and timidness are very unattractive traits in a man. Why? Because women associate it with low status.

Given the option, most millenial and zoomer males should likely prefer a woman be attracted to their face than to their wallet. Ditto for gen x and boomers, but growing up without the internet should have been impactful in this regard. Would be interesting to compare the proportions of this preference for the younger generation male population vs the older in this context.

Past the age of flirting and fooling around, try having a relationship with a woman if you don't have assets or at least a good perspective of acquiring some in the next few years.

i agree. Money is very very important though. Success is measured to me in happiness, a sense of purpose, and wealth.

For men, looks have nothing to do with attraction.

Yes, successful women want successful men. But there are heaps of unsuccessful or modestly successful women who understand their status and would like a companion in their league.

What's a successful woman? A lot of "successful" women are type A and sort of masculinized. Work-a-holics are not attractive IMO (most of the time) unless it's a very interesting type of work (something artistic). I'd be wary of having children with these types of women devoted to their "career". Who will breast feed the babies? Although my sister-in-law is a very good worker, type A personality, excellent academic record, and she just used that energy to have 4 children (giving up her career). Takes a lot of energy to raise 4 children, breast feed, keep them busy... so I guess I shouldn't generalize.
