Stage hypnotist Brian Halliday breaks down how the UK government used techniques used in hypnosis to mind control the public to comply with the covid restrictions, lockdowns and the vaccination program.
He shows how they played with the subconscious minds of the public to generate, perpetuate and regulate the fears of the public to get the reaction they wanted.

Jim Keith: Mind Control - Chapter 5 TAVISTOCK
In 1932 Tavistock was put under the directorship of the German psychologist Kurt Lewin. Lewin was a founder of the National Training Laboratories and director of the Harvard Psychological Clinic, and—an odd qualification for a psychiatrist, I think—one of the key players in the original creation of the OSS in America. Lewin is credited with much of the original Tavistock research into mass brainwashing, applying the results of repeated trauma and torture in mind control to society at large.

If terror can be induced on a widespread basis into a society, Lewin has stated, then society reverts to a tabula rasa, a blank slate, a situation where control can easily be instituted from an exterior point. Put it another way: By the creation of controlled chaos, the populace can be brought to the point where it willingly submits to greater control. Lewin maintained that society must be driven into a state equivalent to an "early childhood situation." He termed this societal chaos "fluidity." Tavistock's focus in the early days was on strategic warfare studies, in particular of Germany, with emphasis on the reeducation of that errant New World Order colony. During World War II many of the Institute's members, including its founder, John Rawlings Reese, ran the British Psychological Warfare Directorate and subsidiary organizations based in the United States. After World War II Tavistock can functionally be considered to have become a part of Britain's Psychological Warfare Bureau, now working on projects dealing with the brainwashing of populations.

Eric Trist, the chairman of Tavistock's governors, in 1963 described his and Tavistock's work on mass brainwashing, delineating in detail his theory of "social turbulence", based upon the theories of Hegel, although again, Trist is far more quick to cite Lewin. Trist postulated that the administering of a series of traumatizing shocks upon a society would destabilize it, lowering the overall character of the society's reasoning. Trist suggested that by late 1963 the world had moved into a condition of "permanent social turbulence" that would serve to usher in a new condition of society, a new paradigm, and a new possibility for remaking the face of the planet.

Fred Emery in the book Futures We Are In describes
The first stage of the breakdown of society as being "superficiality," in which previous societal values are questioned and discarded. He uses as an example of this the death of the Judeo-Christian paradigm.
The next inevitable state is "segmentation," in which societal institutions break down, resulting in a reversion to paranoid groups of individuals hostile to each other.
The next stage in the breakdown of society would be the launching of a fascist movement akin to the Nazis.
The final and most disrupted state of society is termed disassociation, in which the individual becomes the entirety of society for himself, and is isolated from other members of the group. The dominant culture of the society becomes "fantasy and superstition." According to Trist, the current "wired society" where the main interaction of the individual is with electronic media is only a metaphor for disassociation.

We have been in this stage for years. I'd say circa 2010. And yes, digital technology destroys everything human and makes the very idea of "society" sound absurd. Why would anybody care about society when they can be entirely submerged in Facebook's Metaverse and even if most humans are gone, the person would interact with millions/billions virtual "humans" driven by bots/AI and thus feel like they have their own world entirely to themselves where they look/feel their best and are fully in control (actually, Facebook is, but most people are easily fooled).

Dr. Mark McDonald: How to Break Free of Fear Addiction
  • In his book “United States of Fear,” psychiatrist Mark McDonald diagnoses the U.S. as suffering from mass delusional psychosis, driven by an irrational fear of what is now a rather innocuous virus
  • The fearful overreaction didn’t have its origin in what happened in 2020. Government, corporations and powerful individuals have engaged in a systematic “grooming” effort toward irrational fear addiction for decades
  • Without fear, they cannot rob us of our freedoms
  • The underlying motivation of this psychological campaign has been an attack on the core structures, foundations and institutions of society in order to nurture a sense of dependency on government
  • To overcome their addiction to fear, a person must still have a sense of curiosity and be willing to look at new information. If they’re not, they’re not treatable and cannot be stopped from trading their (and our) freedom for a false sense of security. So, the key is finding those who are still open and receptive to new information, so that we can reach a tipping point where there are more fearless people than fear addicted ones.
Solutions:
“Fear is the obstacle to being able to think and act rationally. So, the fear has to be overcome. But in order to overcome fear, you have to admit that you’re addicted to it, that this is not something that you want to hold onto.”
Develop humor and to embrace it. To start to laugh again, to tell jokes, to see the lighter side of our time here. We’re not here just to exist. We’re here to live. We’re here to live fully …
Develop that sense of perspective allowing one to embrace more curiosity. You must also cut yourself off from media, at least temporarily, because media is what’s fueling the addiction … You’ve got to stop going to your dealer …

Stop cutting yourself off from people. Build friendships, relationships with people who don’t have the addiction to fear … You’ll discover an entire world that does not revolve around viruses, injections, masks and shutting down schools and businesses.”

Most Facebook users are middle aged women, so I guess they are the ones going to be using meta? Probably good for people who end up in a “facility” because they are incapacitated. We can’t call them retirement homes or old people homes because they will be filled with people who haven’t reached retirement and aren’t considered old.

I watched some of the Hannah Fry videos. The narrator does so much analyzing, trying to get to the bottom of all this, when "they" might well be making up everything--the "science," the mathematical models, the death count, and on and on. Once you are awake and can spot the con, the b.s. is obvious. No detailed analysis needed. But the videos are good for those who are questioning.

Simulations, movies, sitcoms, advertising, newspapers, TV news, commercials--it all had and still has the potential for agenda-driven mind programming. I came across an example recently in a 1980 episode of Johnny Carson. Click on the 49:00 minute mark to find his interview with "Dr. Paul Ehrlich," who pushes a depopulation agenda. Johnny acts all thoughtful and intelligent and approving (so if you want to be like Johnny, you must approve, too). The audience applauds. (Were they prompted? Were there plants in the audience to get the applause going?) Johnny says Ehrlich's previous appearance elicited the biggest mail response they ever received. And I'm sure NBC would never have made that up. And he says that Ehrlich has been on about 10 times. This man has zero charisma. I don't buy it. He was on 10 times to push the new world order. Very clear 42 years out.

"We seem increasingly tempted to alter ourselves to fit a highly unnatural condition of life, rather than altering our society to fit our intrinsic nature."
This is the core issue with depression - you just can't live at a human pace anymore.
