Starting a poll so we can have one on the portal page. Would be cool to know how strict or relaxed some people are.

Poll is anonymous!

I dicey venture, Charlie!
Attempting to quantify the percentage of a Thing which many will say:
1. does not exist
2. can not or should not be defined
3. is radically different for every individual.

Ah, the vagaries of PeatWorld.
But I salute you, Charlie! :D

I knew this was going to come up. I even almost put a blurb in about "yes I know there is no such thing as a Peat diet and we all are basically invisible and do not exist and this post and poll right now if a figament(sp?) of your imagination".

But, I was hoping we could get past the sematics(is that the right word?) just once.

As you know narouz, I am a rebel. :ugeek:

He/she is probably the one who interprets
a Peat diet as
an omnivorous diet,
because after all
Peat has said:
“My recommendation is to eat to increase the metabolic rate (usually temperature and heart rate), rather than any particular foods.”
— Ray Peat, PhD

You go Charlie, you rebel! :>)
