Do you guys have treats here and there with results?
I'm planning on going a little extra strict with the peat style diet but for the health of my mind I'd LOVE to include one day a week with something like spaghetti bolognase (gluten free pasta/or just use rice with it) which is my favourite dish ever.. or maybe gravy on my Sunday dinner (from the Uk) I used to eat bolognase pretty regularly before with no issues what so ever and tbh eat gluten free pasta everday with no issues so I'm sure this once a week would not be so detrimental if I'm pretty strict all other days right?
