How Ray would read your thyroid lab?

Hoping the community has some references from Peat on the ideal values on Thyroid blood panels. Here are the items listed on one I had done recently.

TSH
Thyroxine (T4)
Free Thyroxine
T4, Free (direct)
T3, Free
T3 Uptake
Reverse T3

Some of these look like repeats, but each had it's own value, so I guess not.
