I've searched far and wide for an answer to this question. I think I've found the closest I'm going to get. This is a response from the creators of ThyroGold:

"In our 300mg [tablet] it has 100mcg of T4, and it has 25mcg of T3 per capsule. Plus the T2, the T1 and the calcitonin."

They sell tablet/capsules with either 150 mg or 300 mg.

So, most of the supplements you'll find are 130 mg so you can just do the math, but from my experience, this seems to be right. One tablet or 130 mg should have about 43 mcg of T4 and 11 mcg of T3. This is what is considered to be one grain in an Armour supplement. This is why you'll see most sites selling these supplements recommending you start with one tablet, or one grain and move up half a tablet every couple weeks, or even a month. This is typically what Broda Barnes recommended to do. So 130 mg doesn't seem to be arbitrarily chosen. People shy away from these because they don't know how much is in them. Well, I hope this helps.
