How Much Of Pregnenolone Converts To DHEA And Progesterone?

Ray has written that "it is largely converted to progesterone and dhea" , does anyone know how much exactly? I doubt that if i pop 300 mg then 150 is going for prog and 150 for dhea ..

Can't give you an answer. I just figured my body would convert it to the most needed at the time.

I take a much smaller amount and not all the time...12.5 mg and maybe same dose later in day....usually 1 dose though.

I have taken 7-Keto- DHEA (didn't want conversion to sex hormones) with it too, but not lately. As time goes by, I need less and less supplements
