How much fat in grams in minimally required for optimal hormone production?
Studies say that LBM x .4 = fat in grams is mimium required for health an optimal hormones

    200lbs person x .4 = 80g fat daily for optimal health

Do you have the link to the study?
Are you using 200 lbs as total weight or lean body mass of 200 lbs?
Fat intake is not essential except for some with fat soluble vitamins.
Body can make good saturated fat from excess carbohydrate.
Carbohydrate increases metabolism way more than fat does.
RP recommends some saturated fat with each meal so it will block
some PUFA absorption by cell and fat also helps with steady blood sugar increase.
Saturated fat is also anti-bacterial and helps with lowering endotoxin.
