I am currently up to 24 cups Lactaid 1% milk. How much added sodium is needed? I am currently adding 1/4 tsp baking soda (280 mg sodium) per 6 cups. Further, would I need anything else like liver or vitamin C? How much?

What's the Peat ratio of sodium:calcium? What about sodium:potassium? Is that much baking soda alright or would some be better as regular salt?
I was on almost onlyilk diet for a while. I would reccomend getting a scource of copper, manganese and b2 tho as thats what milk is missing. Dont do my mistake haha...

Maybe orange juice 2 cups for vitamin c. some liver for iron and copper etc. also, coconut water for manganese, and for salt you could use pink salt or redmonds real salt or whatever. apparently sea salts can have toxic mineral buildup
This!

Hey @baccheion, are you still doing a whole-milk only diet? How’s it going?
Yeah. 1 gallon whole milk. Solid bowel movements each day. 100 mg Lugol's iodine seemed to even out some of the feminine I was experiencing.

1 gal whole milk
Naturelo One Daily for women
Thorne K2 MK-4 (8 drops 4x/day)
100 mg Lugol's iodine (in the morning 1 hour before milk)
500 mg pregnenolone (1x/week)

Seem to sometimes get irritable? Yelling for no reason after drinking.

Wanting to try 1.5 ounces/pound 1% milk longer term. Haven't yet.

Thinking melatonin + DHEA would be a good addition. Progesterone in place of melatonin if using 1% milk.

Coconut water probably the best manganese source for ots low calories. Pineapple juice is good. Banannas might have some too.

Doesnt milk have a lot of riboflavin? Its missing B6 i think, but maybe its pasteurization that makes it lose these things? Riboflavin is sensitive to light too apparently
