How Long (without Thyroid Or Similar Substances) To Raise Metabolism?

My temperature is very low although I don't feel too cold when I move around.
It's generally under 35.8C (95.9F) often 35.5C (96.6F). Years ago when it was this low, I used to need a hot bath to perk up. Nowadays, I can skip that.

Any specific experience of how long it will take to boost Peating?. The only thing that bumps it so far is coffee (only just started drinking it - 2 strong cups a day)
I am overweight, not surprisingly, and eliminating PUFAs and most fat atm.

You metabolism is prob being suppressed by stored PUFA.

What helps is to take niacinamide to inhibit the release of FFA's. Also hydrogenated coconut oil and vitamin E are beneficial.

Be careful with caffeine (aspirin etc) as it can increase metabolism too much, causing the release of FFA's.

Thanks. Docall.
Not finding anything boosting my temp noticeably apart from the odd coffee is if I manage to catch a measurement.

How much niacinamide would be suitable? I have 100mg tablets. And in one dose or better spread out during the day?
I do 400ui vit e in two doses. 1 before breakfast and one with evening meal.
Only 75mg aspirins , once a day.
