Is lactose more or less pro metabolic than glucose or fructose? What happens to excess lactose is it converted to fat like glucose?

Also what happens to excess fructose I haven't been able to find an answer to these questions

Lactose is a disaccharide comprised of glucose and galactose. Once lactose has been broken down into these constituent parts, the glucose molecule is metabolized like any other; galactose is converted to certain forms of glucose by the Leloir pathway
