How Infrequently Can You Eat Gelatin?

Gelatin has been beneficial for me for reducing fatigue and need for frequent consumption. I noticed that when I consume gelatin when there is sunlight, the gelatin is digested well, without causing unpleasant experiences. I often experienced discomfort (digestion problems, insomnia, restlessness, etc.) when I ate gelatin when there was no sunlight.

I want to avoid fatigue and having to eat uncomfortably often when there is no sunlight, while also avoiding the unpleasant effects of undigested gelatin consumed at night. I think one way to achieve this would be to consume more gelatin during the day, and not consume any gelatin during the night. So I wonder how infrequently one can consume gelatin without missing out on its benefits. Dr. Peat mentions that one can eat liver about every week and experience its benefits during the days in between. Does gelatin work similarly?

If any of you faced similar issues with gelatin, I'd like to know how you took care of them.
