Maybe if you’re in the USA and pounding tons of iron fortified foods ED, if you’re not in the USA so you may not be iron overloaded (unless genetics)

zinc isn’t « very high » too unless you eat like 500g beef a day or oysters ED
zinc and vitamin C supplements helped me a lot when I was eating iron fortified breads, using an iron multivitamin, and drinking tap water (likely lots of copper)
but as I took those things out, the vit c/zinc supps started causing more side effects.

does calcium deplete iron, magnesium and zinc even if its from food?
so drinking milk alongside ground beef, will inhibit absorption of the zinc magnesium iron from the meat?

We all get too much iron anyway no? Also zinc is usually very high for us folk that eat meat and shellfish? Guessing it’s wise to just to up the magnesium when increasing the calcium?
im not sure about this, with good thyroid function you shouldnt need to supplement it, but magnesium can antagonize calcium too, so it may negate some of the benefits of the high calcium intake
