How Exactly Endotoxin Symptoms Feel?

I noticed people mentioming flue alike sumptoms such as dripping nose, vertigo, nausea, etc but does endotoxins affect mental states significantly?

For example anytime I consume a very well cooked mashed potatoes I get instant relaxation and lightness within the body but about half hour later it turns into submissive feelings, slight urge to self isolate, even mild anxiety. It feels really similar how I was feeling when over meditating: passive observer and willingness to retreat vs pro activity. Libido vanishes as well

I hope I didn't make question too complex but basically are these endotoxin symptoms?

Thanks

Endotoxin itself will usually have a lot of physical symptoms such as gas, bloating, intestinal inflammation, etc. but those symptoms usually lead to a rise in serotonin, estrogen, and nitric oxide which can effect people differently depending on their life circumstances and past medical history. Your symptoms do sound like an increase serotonin and endotoxin, anxiety is usually a big factor Although there can be other causes, but how is your digestion? Any discomfort or abnormalities?

It's more subtle than that:
Queezy nauseous feeling, lack of appetite, blurry mind, heat in the forehead, anhedonia, mysanthropy

Digestion is actually better vs no starch, 2-3 BM. No stomach discomfort but epic bloating ☺
