I found one Instagram page. It is said that drinking 1 glass of the juice of celery leaves every morning has great benefits for skin diseases. Many people report that they are suffering from eczema seborrheic dermatitis with before-after photos. How can celery do this?

I’ve read it stimulates stomach acid and bile production, don’t know how much of that is true. It’s a natural source of sodium and structured water.
I was consuming it in hopes of clearing my acne for a while. Didn’t have a juicer so I just chewed on it for a long time. Sometimes it would generate heat in my stomach but later on I found out prolonged chewing of any raw vegetable was enough to produce that effect. I stopped because it made no difference to my skin and it accumulates too many pesticides

edit: it seems to be a decent source of boron. 0.5 mg / 100 g. The medical medium has them drinking 0.9 L every day, which requires about 1200 g celery to make. That’s 6 mg boron and 960 mg sodium
