I am wondering how one would integrate fruit juice into their Peat style diet, but I had some specific questions:
- can a piece of fruit be substituted for juice
- what percentage of your calories should be derived from fruit per day
- should you eat the fruit/juice multiple times a day? and if so, at what times, what's a good routine?
- what types of fruits or juices are best
- does eating fruit/juice daily cause insulin spike and subsequent fat gain if not done correctly?
