How Do You Guys Take Your K2 Drops?

I use 5 drops of thorne K2 on my calf.

Im not a big doser of k2 currently but usually after food I just drop a couple on my hand or straight into mouth.

The flavor has like a barely noticable butter(?) taste so it would be completely not noticable on any food.

Either way would be good - the taste is ultra mild

When I asked Ray what he considers the most potent and safest supp to take for someone with the crohn's he told me to take higher amount of K ( on skin rather than by mouth.)

Oral K2 gives me GI dyscomfort. Does anyone else experience this? Anyone have any idea why this happens?

Strange. Perhaps he didn’t read my email correctly- and meant vitamin k is a safe supplement (rather than method of application).
