Hello guys, I am gonna try some niacin to see whether it helps with my digestion or not.
However, at the moment I have 21st century niacin 100mg tablets at home so instead of buying new one I should try this first.
However, it has calcium carbonate and lots of shitty excipients in it, I dont really mind excipients at this moment but I want to get rid of the calcium carbonate because it messes up with my digestion.
Is there a way I can seperate niacin out of these tablets? I've tried crushing and pouring water on it but I think some of calcium carbonate dissolves as well so Im not sure.
