What is your pulse and temperature?

Does it only happen when you play video games?
I need to take those measurements i havent dont that.

It mainly happens only when i play video games. Or occasionally when i am awake. Its funny if i have a good nights sleep i wake up with intense warm feet. Like hot even.

like right now i am laying down in bed, lower body covered upper body not covered. My feet are freezing. My upper body feels fine including hands.

Tsh is like 1.1.
Rather absurd.

I don’t think you are derailing the thread. All this is related.

Middle school I was happy kid but I didn’t really have a lot of fans per se. def bullies in middle school a bit. More so in high school. I played a lot of video games. I suffer from forward head posture as well. I didn’t do much sports. Currently I weight 142 pounds at 5!10. At 19 I was 130 pounds. Appetite always small. In 2017 I stated using a ghrelin mimic and started putting on weight I looked amazing and weight was good and I had so much energy. Excellent confidence too. I stopped because of gynecomastia side effects.

sigh so many problems lol. Nothing great comes easy.

I feel you man, it's really tough. Although I think all these problems come from a few powerful imbalances, it's overwhelming when they start piling up and contributing to one another.

Your childhood, minus the video games, sounds very similar to mine. Weight fluctuated a lot, bullied at school, small appetite, forward head posture, not a lot of sport, but that's mainly because the people playing the sports were the same people bullying me. Not trying to make this a sob story, but I was definitely a really isolated, lonely kid. Lived inside my own head. Parents raised me with great expectations and it just didn't match up with what I was experiencing when I went to school, socialised etc.

I am skinny fat. I was looking at myself 3 years ago when i was in the best shape of my life. I didnt really have these love handles yet i had more muscle and i have alot more fat in my face which made me look really good.

now my face is hollowed out at 27 and i have lower back fat.

any serious recommendations?

currently i am not working out or eating at even an appropriate maintenance dose. Is that the only difference perhaps.

The sides dont have much fat. But behind my kidneys they do.

Is this due to kidney inflammation?
There really doesn't seem to be much fat there tbh, but just my opinion. Do you have an idea of how your metabolic rate is, temps and pulse rate before and after eating and waking?

Sometimes this place amazes me. You're the same guy who is trying to cure baldness and yet you're curious why you have excess body fat around your waist and how to get rid of it.

Consuming excess fat causes fat to accumulate in the body. We know this fairly well. Results from a quick search:

Only Dietary Fat, Not Protein Or Sugar (sucrose), Drives Obesity
Low-fat, High-carb, Ad-libitum Diet Leads To Fat/weight Loss In Women
Increased Fat Oxidation (FAO) Does Not Lead To Weight / Fat Loss

Reduce fat intake (go from whole milk to 1%, for example) and you'll see your body fat percentage drop. This is discussed pretty thoroughly by Peat as well. This is why he doesn't advise whole milk, because you'll gain weight like crazy eating whole milk at the volume he does regularly.

Now, as for why your face seems hollow but you have back fat, that's a little more peculiar. Could just be excess salt and a little inflammation which is less prone to occur in the face area if you're at ideal or slightly above your BMI. It could even just be bad lighting or some other transient factor like water weight, etc. There could be a number of different things causing that.

But as for fat on the body, we know this pretty well.

Cue all the people suggesting some esoteric theory or supplement to cure mid drift fat.

In 2017 I stated using a ghrelin mimic and started putting on weight I looked amazing and weight was good and I had so much energy. Excellent confidence too. I stopped because of gynecomastia side effects.

Heck this could be your problem for all we can tell.

The pictures are what your body looks like at a very low bodyfat %, look at the skeleton

You are supposed to have that shape

You need to get into a doctor and discuss this appetite issue

I walk about 6km to 9km per day. This is good for vitamin d and general health.

Maybe start with 1km and build up slowly.

Later you can add 100m jogs, a few sit ups, a few squats and push ups.

Most people get cold sitting in a chair for an hour or more.

Get up every hour and climb some stairs, prepare some food, go to the bathroom, do some knee lifts etc.

Maybe do a bit of dancing:

800 Calories seems barely alive! What does it consist of?

Cut out all starch and choose sugary carbs only (fruit, fruit juice, honey, coconut water, etc). Reduce fat intake to less than protein and carbs. Keep carbs high and protein moderate if you exercise. Choose low intensity exercise such as 10 minute park walks after meals if you have no movement history. Increase exercise duration and complexity intelligently as your conditioning, discipline, and motivation improves (short walks -> short hikes -> cycling -> swimming -> floor calisthenics -> kettlebell training -> bars and rings calisthenics -> Olympic lifts). Reintroduce starch once you've reached your fat loss goal.

Skinny fat has to be the most junk bro science term I've ever heard.

All this refers to is your body musculature is underdeveloped and you have a little bit of a stomach where some water weight is showing the most and possibly there is some fat accumulation from a sedentary lifestyle. Basically you're weak and you are overweight. All you need to do is exercise (if you have the strength). Many times, people in your situation don't feel they have the strength to exercise because they are under eating (sound familiar?). Under eating leads to lack of energy, lack of energy leads to video games and sedentary lifestyle and a sedentary lifestyle leads to eating less because "I don't need that many calories because I'm just sitting around" and "I'm gaining weight. Why should I eat more?". It's a cycle.

It's just a product of not being active. If you get a little active, you get hungry. You eat more and you feel "Hey, I feel kinda energetic today. I feel like getting some fresh air." and that snowballs (slowly) into bicycle riding, gym memberships, jogging, kayaking, snowboarding, etc.

Granted, it could be something more serious yadda yadda but if I'm just spit balling based on this and other conversations you've had, this is likely the issue. You probably got more natural exercise when you were younger (school PE, sports, etc.), which as an adult, you have to make time for (most adults anyway). It isn't scheduled for you into your day like it was when I was a kid (Soccer, running, bicycling to my friends house before I owned a car, running around the neighborhood).

You look fine.

When I was severely underweight and had that- it was blood sugar related.

Which could indirectly be unbalanced estrogen- because I was depleting my progesterone by overworking my adrenals to keep my blood sugar up/stable.

I subjectively see a lot of orthorexia on this forum; with so much talk about supplements and not enough talk about blood sugar and robust nutrition. Don’t know if that applies to you.
Blood sugar related as in. Low blood sugar?

Yes. Unstable blood sugar from infrequent eating; food restriction; not eating enough.

High cortisol and low thyroid.
High estrogen and low progesterone
