How Dangerous Would You Consider Tanning Beds?

I have started working and at best I can get 15mins of sun after like 6:30 every day.

My coloring has gone terribly, I look very white now.

I have used beds 2-3x a week for a couple months last year.

Should I start going agian?

I asked Ray if occasional use of tanning beds was safe if someone had a very low PUFA intake. He said yes.
