How can a woman get 'thiccer' naturally?

Nice! Was focusing on progesterone's link to 'healthy' weight gain...but it's easy to see how pregnenolone could help too. Impressive that just one drop/day did that.

How long were you taking pregnenolone before you noticed a difference?

Also, how much weight did you gain?
I should have added that I have been using progesterone on and off for about 5 years as well. Been using pregnenolone for about the same amount of time. The weight gain was gradual, in total I gained 5kg. I must confess that there are so many variables including adding diary back into my diet around the same time. The reason I focused on progenenolone as the cause of weight gain is because of the nature of the weigh distribution and the discussion by other forum members suggesting this link. This is not scientific data. I didn’t set out to gain weight and would like to drop the extra a kg or two without losing muscle mass.

1 gallon+ whole milk (if not allergic), 300-500 calorie surplus, and the gym/HIIT/lifting. Same with males, but works even better for women. And a multivitamin/iron (eg, Naturelo One Daily for women).

Walking (ie, one foot always on the ground) rather than running/jogging to avoid cortisol. Sustained-release melatonin at night and DHEA in the morning if older (over 30??).

Also - this is anecdotal but I also think low serotonin is very important for this thickness - every thick chick I meet is generally a lot more chill and has that low-serotonin mental strength. I notice that when I banter with a thicker women they have the mental strength to banter back without getting emotional - I do like this quality a lot in a woman.

The other day I was on the train and saw a crackhead get on and he started to banter a thick chick sitting down - she immediately gets up and starts beating him up - not just slapping him but beating him up - she genuinely overpowered him and was not emotional - she just got up and started swinging it was quiet the event - I wish I had my phone on me because I just know it would've gone viral

Asking for a friend ?

How can a woman get thicker naturally?

In other words, how can they gain a little weight in the glutes and, uhh, chest area...without gaining weight around the stomach?

We're going for the classic 'slim thicc' look here, not what you see from some Instagram 'models.' Measurements around 36-24-36ish.

Really just trying to replicate what many women naturally looked like ~100+ years ago.

I'm pretty well-versed in how to optimise body composition in males, but haven't done much research in this area. So any advice is appreciated!

@lampofred @baccheion @JamesGatz
The slim-thick look everyone drools over nowadays is the old hourglass figure, but with a little more oomph. It essentially consists of a waist to hip ratio of 0.65 to 0.75. Something like 36-24-36 in terms of measurements would fit the profile. Layered on top of that, when viewed from a bit of a distance the woman's body should (visually) carry most of its size and weight in the thighs and butt...an observer's eyes should automatically be drawn to that area. This is more a qualitative thing, not quantitative. Finally, muscle shape matters. The measurements could fit the profile but if body fat % is too high and muscle mass too low then for example the butt will look sad and saggy. All the curves should be hemispherical and gravity-defying.

The way to get it for those who don't naturally have it is pretty simple in concept: 1) cutting overall body fat % to trim out the waist, as well as 2) hitting the legs and buttocks hard with hypertrophy training over an extended period of time to grow their size. Shrink the waist and grow the hips/thighs.

There is a guy called Brett Contreras who styles himself as a female glute building specialist. He runs programs for women specifically looking to build booties. Look him up online.

If you want to see examples of women who went from average or skinny to curvy and thick, look up some of the more Instagram-famous female fitness models. e.g. Do searches for 'before and after' pics on Vivi Winkler, Sumeet Sahni, Yineth Medina, etc. Obviously these women spend huge amounts of time in the gym and micromanage their diets to look like this, and on top of that this much muscle may not look good to many men, but the point is that following that type of program will move a woman in the general direction of that body type.

I don't think there's much to do from a Peatian perspective. One could always theorize and try different things for this specific goal, but why bother when so many women have already accomplished a slim-thick body recomposition using well-known diet and weight-lifting protocols?

I imagine something like the Marilyn Monroe diet/exercise plan would be effective for a lot of women...

"For breakfast, Ms. Monroe whipped two raw eggs into a glass of warm whole milk to drink. Interesting that she didn’t opt for skim. Eggs and milk were her favored morning fare even while traveling and staying in hotels.
Dinners were equally nutrient dense. Instead of opting for the best restaurant food which she undoubtedly could easily afford, Marilyn would stop at a market near her hotel and select steak, liver, or lamb chops for dinner. She would even broil them herself right in her hotel room with an electric oven!
Ms. Monroe also especially enjoyed raw carrots and usually ate several along with the meat she had chosen for the evening meal.
For treats, ice cream sundaes were the favorite on the way home from her evening drama classes. No mention of any bread, cakes, cookies or pies.

A diet focused on nutrient rich animal foods with a notable absence of grain based and starchy foods was likely a key reason she only required light exercise to maintain her enviable figure. While this doesn’t work for every woman, it does for many, even a curvy one like Ms. Monroe. She spent only 10 minutes each morning working out with small weights. Light jogging, yoga and horseback riding were other active pursuits she enjoyed. No special trainers, heavy lifting or sweaty workouts of the day were a part of her life."

if you do a lot of the **** to grass squatting, and prone leg curl or lying hamstring leg curl as a guy, you can develop something slim thicc. like a super thin waist, but then the glutes pop out a ton and get huge. should guys not be focusing on developing the glutes?

What I’ve read though is that whereas many men prefer hemispherical curves in a woman’s rear end, women tend to prefer small, tight musculature in men’s butts. So maybe putting a bubble butt on yourself wouldn’t be ideal, aesthetically speaking.

Regardless, always squat **** to heels. ??

that glutes to heels squatting overdevelops the glutes i think it even emphasizes the glutes and hamstrings more than the other parts of the legs when you squat that deep, it even seems to activate the testicles in some way

Only with the right mobility. or else RIP spine.

Right on, but why would green tea help??
It improves hormonal profile decreasing estrone. I was looking like a twig after 2 years of low carbing. Green tea helped me to regain my curves pretty quickly ( 2 months drinking 1 cup daily), and gluten free croissants helped me to regain weight (this took longer, I had to eat 1 croissant daily for over a year to go back up to my ideal weight).

Just watched 2 videos by Brett Contreras, the easy ones. Thanks @PxD. This should help improve strength for me. I’ve not had the motivation lately so this is helpful. My homework for the coming week.....

He’s a big proponent of hip thrusts for women. Women have musculature comparable to men in this part of the body and can lift comparable weights. Some of his clients thrust over 400lbs/180kg with their hips.

Eat....lift heavy...don't be afraid of squats

Chest area is a little bit more difficult unless you want breast augmentation surgery.

Thanks for the details!

So...green tea helped you regain your curves even before you got back up to the right weight? That's exactly the type of hormone-related info I was looking for here.

Now that I think of it, I once had a female friend who was tall (5'11) and quite thin, yet unusually curvy considering her height/weight. She never drank coffee but was borderline addicted to green tea. You might be onto something!

Nice! As PxD said, women can work their way up to pretty heavy weights on this lift over time.

I'd try the lift myself...but as a guy my butt is already big enough :p:

Good stuff!

Been a while since I read about Ms. Monroe's way of eating.

Wonder how she acquired such 'Peaty' habits - or maybe Dr. Peat based his entire dietary philosophy off of this article??

Regardless, the raw eggs/egg yolks might just play an important role in promoting thiccness.

Also: maybe starches promote fat deposition in the midsection, while glucose/fructose/etc promote fat deposition in more feminine areas.
