Are these sealable ones ok? There is a lot of choice. I want something to store small amounts of tea and spices. Here is some Ray Peat suggestions. I had never heard of mylar bags before and these ones I linked on Amazon have the oxygen absorbers with them.
"Cereals store well if they are sealed in an atmosphere of nitrogen or CO2. Powdered milk can last for many years if it’s protected from oxygen and high temperatures; metallized mylar bags are protective, nitrogen would help to eliminate oxygen. Ghee and refined coconut oil store well if protected from oxygen, light and heat." -Ray Peat
For something like that I just use mason jars. Are these sealable ones ok? There is a lot of choice. I want something to store small amounts of tea and spices.
