what is the cheapest/efficient way to test t3,t4, testosterone?

Morning wood is the cheapest test for T. Wake up “happy” and you’re good to go. Otherwise, not so much. Cost: $0.

Similarly there are some markers for thyroid as well. Temps and pulse are frequently discussed. But Ray has mentioned others such as Achilles reflex. Also free.
