Hey all, was hoping to get some opinions on blood work as I was hoping to not mess with any thyroid supplementation, but given the results it may be what I need. 23 year old male, athletic build, with being off trt for a year and a half, stupidly used for a few years in my youth. The cholesterol levels are high but from what I understand the western values do not match up with peats philosophy on it being protective, etc.. I eat a high cholesterol diet, pastured eggs, organic ice cream, milk being a few staples. The high cholesterol with the low t3 values concern me, my temps however seem to be decent 97-98 range, but I have had issues sleeping as of late, which is a classic hypo symptom. I would love some of your opinions

I can't tell you what your blood test means, but I find it interesting that the ranges of what your numbers are suppose to be are different than what my husband's ranges were suppose to be.

Different labs tend to have slightly varying ranges of where they generally want each value, it shouldn’t differ too much that is I believe

Your labs generally look pretty good

- Liver/protein levels look good, testosterone/estrogen good, etc

- Thyroid not off enough to warrant supplement at your age

- High cholesterol not a huge deal could probably tweak diet

- Slightly low fasting blood sugar of 58 mg/dl ( due to fasting for labs, thyroid ), slighlty low CO2 ( due to fasting for labs, hypoglycemia, thyroid )

- - - - - -

Are you low carb, high fat, or are you getting a decent amount of carbohydrates/calories on a daily basis?

Do you eat beef or ruminant liver regularly?
