Honey Increases the Need for Nutrients?

I've recently started eating more honey and have noticed it increasing metabolism quite a bit, I'm just wondering if it also increases the need for nutrients as does white sugar due to it being so low in vitamins and minerals.

I don't eat the high nutrient animal foods often spoken of as balancing out the pro metabolic effects of sugar such as eggs or liver and only have oysters occasionally.

Thanks for any info. :)

Yes 100% depending on how much you eat but the rest of your alimentation should be nutrient dense, when I binge on honey I get a myriad of symptoms of nutrients deficiency.
