I've recently started eating more honey and have noticed it increasing metabolism quite a bit, I'm just wondering if it also increases the need for nutrients as does white sugar due to it being so low in vitamins and minerals.
I don't eat the high nutrient animal foods often spoken of as balancing out the pro metabolic effects of sugar such as eggs or liver and only have oysters occasionally.
Thanks for any info. :)
