Got some blood results back, have tsh of 2.18 which apparently is high(ish) but I have low t3. Doc said to make sure not to over do the dessicated thyroid, and that comment confused me. Shouldn't it lower my tsh?

Yes,

You want a TSH lower than 1 ideally. Supplementing T3 will help lower it. So will sugar and protein :):

Hope this helps.

it's not because i don't want to, it's that importing it to my country takes a lot of time and is expensive.
