interesting that K1 seemed to be ever more correlated...its probably just because of the sheer amount you can eat as opposed to k2, but at least its less a reason to trip about needing k2

I was reading the other day about HYPER-thyroid people being really good at converting K1 into K2. So, that may be why Ray does not fret too much about what form of vitamin K to take. But for hypothyroid people, the difference in effects from K1 and K2 (MK-4) is like night and day.
