High TSH High T3 High T4 What Is This?

My TSH is 4.32 my t3 is 8 and my T4 is 20.6
Is this hypertiroidism? My hr during the day is beetween 70 and 100 my temp are usually from 97.9 to 98.6. and also i took cypro one day before having blood work which resulted in lower blood sugar. Please help

If thyroid hormones and TSH are high at the same time, then it suggests thyroid resistance. Get testing done for it.
