Hey guys!

I suffer from thick facial hair, which has just gotten worse over the years. I emailed Dr. Peat and he said that using progesterone body cream may help. I see Progest-E-complex and I know its good, however, I want something topical, which I can use everyday versus tracking my cycle.

What brands do you guys recommend?

Thank you for your time.

Protest-E is good, and it's easy to use topically.

I would avoid "creams" as they have parabens in them quite often.

Another option is Ona's concentrated progesterone cream (10%).

The list of ingredients is longer: Natural Progesterone, Purified water, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride(Fractionated Coconut oil), Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Glycerine, Glyceryl Stearate (and) POE (100) Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice( Aloe Juice Extract), Phenoxyethanol(<1%).

No parabenes.

Ona states on her website that the cream is Peat-inspired and she explains in detail why she uses the other ingredients (besides progesterone and vitamin E) and that she considers them to be the least irritating/toxic chemicals among available alternatives.

From my perspective, there are three advantages compared to Progest-E:
1. When applied to the face, for instance, the cream does not leave a viscous film on the skin.
2. There is less vitamin E in it.
3. Lower price per milligram progesterone.

By the way, I use both products, Progest-E and Ona's cream.
