High hormones

Hello, I received my saliva test/labs back. I have several highs in Progesterone, Testosterone & Estrogen as well as Melatonin is all jacked up. I am also dealing with Ebstein Barr virus. My Np is wanting to put me on Spironolactone for the high testosterone which I am concerned about. Is it something I am eating? Just to clarify, I am Hypo, I have one gene of MTFHR, my histamine levels were good, I’ve been on this journey awhile and have dealt w/Estrogen dominance and feel as if I have tried everything to lower this with minimal results. NP is wanting me to do a liver cleanse as well as take CDG estrodim to get the hormones in order. Any advice or direction would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
