I’m wondering if I can get an opinion from you on some things if you have the time. I think you may have some knowledge that can help me.

I am on hormone replacement therapy. I have a varicocele on the right side. My protocol is more complex than most:

6 mg of testosterone enanthate daily
1 mg of testosterone base in dmso 3x daily in first have of day.
2 mg dheas in dmso 3x daily
4 mcg t3 3x daily
400-600 mg of caffeine
Just started Nicotine pouches for a bit (non tobacco)
Cialis 5mg
One dose of estroban

I naturally have lower estradiol.

on occasion I experiment with
Pregnenolone 1-7mg in dmso
Dht 100-200 mcg 3x in dmso
Progesterone 100-200mcg 3x in dmso
Estradiol 10mcg 3x in dmso

all of these in physiological doses split 3x daily to try to achieve healthy upper end of reference range numbers.

I have pretty good hormones across the board and eat a rather peatish diet.

I typically have some iron issues with a higher ferritin and lower tibc.

I’m lowering my orange juice intake and dairy intake and increasing my rice and fish intake for an experiment. I’m also tapering off the t3. For a while. I started t3 because I had upper range rt3 with mid range t3 occasionally.

I’m curious if I have lower histamine.

Beside a ferritin that is 125-250 at any time with low tibc, I have high b12 and high folate. And bottom range vitamin d. I have 160/90 blood pressure for several years and less vascularity.

I also have chronic dark circles under my eyes.

I’m 29 5’9” 190lbs 13% body fat and very athletic. I Just have never functioned well sexually and have dealt with low grade anxiety.

im hoping these changes reduce brain fog and gives me some libido and drive. I have low focus, drive, libido, and erectile quality, even with 5mg Cialis.

I believe the 1mg of progesterone I was injecting daily increased my allopregnenolone and gaba too high and is the reason for the recent heavier symptoms of brain fog and lethargy I’ve had but even before that experiment I’ve had these problems.

Sorry to burden you with this case of mine, you just seem knowledgeable about what i think may be a specific problem for me! Thank you for any help you may be able to lend!

How much full spectrum sunshine are you getting a day? How much blue light from fake sources like computer and phone screens are you getting? How much non native emf and rf are you around? Smart meters, wifi, etc....

great question. I’m a sun freak. Outside all day Barely clothed when it’s warm enough. One issue is I live in Maine! I do have 2 smart meters on the side of my home. I also have WiFi. I don’t watch much tv. I can be on my phone a bit much but it’s always on night mode. Red lights after dark for years. I eat roughly 2500-4000 cal per day. Usually 2-1 carb-protein ratio and fat stays 25-100 g.

You are blasting yourself with RF which blocks the light you are trying to get. The high lattitude is gonna be a challenge, Ray prefers a lower lattiude down in Mexico and for good reason.

ive been aware of these things as I had followed dr kruse for a bit. I’ve always wondered the level of significance as it’s always hard to quantify. I do not doubt there is significance. Good thing is, tonight I’m pitching a tent outside and sleeping with my sons on the ground Several hundred feet away from the meters. I may do this all
Summer lol. I’m also a fan of moving south. The thing is my children’s mother won’t be able to move. So I’m f***ed

I am finding it huge. Ray himself agrees. Look at his latest email responses:

Ray Peat: I use a landline phone; the constant technological up-dates and innovations are doing more harm than good.

Ray Peat: Ray: I like the combination of high altitude and low latitude. My house is in Coeneo, Michoacan, Mexico.

So, he stays away from modern technology as best he can. He prefers a lower lattitude, and in most his emails in the last couple years he mentions vitamin D. We all know where vitamin D comes from.

I got a Cornet electrosmog meter and am stunned how much radiation phones and smart meters put off.

I have been researching smart meters, its literally a mesh net system where all the meters talk to each other. Some, supposedly only pulse once a day. However, many of them pulse every 30 seconds, and the RF they put out is extraordinary. I opted out of mine and have to pay the $40 extra a month to the Gustapo electric company. Should have seen the ladies face when I answered why I wanted to opt out. Her jaw might still be on the floor. :ss

Awesome haha I’m gonna call and do the same! But I need to know the device, number reading and units to tell them that my “device” picked up. I’m open to any ideas from a guy named Charlie. Haha

I am using the Cornet ED-88T Plus. Smart meters basically peg this meter. I was watching a lady online, she had to do something to step her meter down with a special add on object so she could get a reading, they were that high. You should not have to tell them any readings or anything. It basically will come down to the state laws. Here is a guy in California that says dont even pay the extortion fee. I think I am gonna try that. :ss
