Hi guys so recently I had my bloodwork done and my results said I had high creatinine and a TSH of 3.3 (last time I did TSH It was1.5) FYI I'm 21 Male

I have been tired recently and had a UTI as well with burning sensation in kidneys. I feel cold easily and really struggle in the mornings.

My doctor thinks it's all normal and says I am probably just anxious or depressed, but I don't feel depressed, just fatigued easily and unrested from sleep.

Any idea what to do?

Some more info might help.
What's your diet like now?
UTI usually gives the burning sensation.
Doctors are funny. :)

I don't do gym as too tired, I work as a furniture maker fairly active.

Your present diet looks quiet good.
When did you start this diet?
May I ask what your previous diet was like?

Judging from your temp and pulse you do have low metabolism.
Tyromax is good.

-Raw carrots 200g
-Coconut Oil 5 TBSP

Any idea on dosage for tyromax? Should I start low and work my way up? Never taken thyroid before and want to do it safely
